Laughter they say is good medicine. Laughter 'enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the level of endorphins from your brain. It activates and relieve your stress response and soothes tensed nerves'.
Our Maker designed laughter as a great benefit for us in this gloomy world. When we take the time to laugh at good jokes, we are doing ourselves a world of good. Doing the opposite has more risks and danger. Take the time to laugh with your loved ones.
Most importantly, learn to laugh at yourself. Don't be too hard on yourself. When you make mistakes, learn to seek God's forgiveness, forgive yourself and move on. Laugh at your errors; it helps you see better ways of doing things. Life is hard enough on the outside, you don't need to make it hard for yourself.
I am laughing already.
