SELF DISCIPLINE: DILIGENCE

Many seem not to be aware that being diligent is an act of self discipline. Diligence as an act of self discipline connotes that whatever your hands find doing, you do it to the best of your ability. Unfortunately, diligence as an act is lacking in today's society.

People today do not take this fact into consideration while engaging in things. Mediocrity is now being celebrated as art. Gone are the days when folks labour to get things done. Today, people aspire to find the quickest way to achieve their aim regardless of the outcome. 

What we have today as production and service can never stand the test of time because the motivation behind them was not genuine. For you, I believe you are not of this party. I believe you do your best in everything that comes your way even without reward in sight. I believe when you are no longer there, no one can fill your shoes because no one can pay the price you paid.
