The thing is, it is our effort, our sacrifice that makes everything worthwhile. When we go all the way, when we are ready to give it our all, and when we willingly pay the price, the fruits of that labour is always sweet and pleasant. And it is arranged in such a way that you momentarily forget the rigour of achievement.
Sacrificing yourself for an endeavour indicates a pure and genuine heart. It shows that you really understand the assignment. It shows that you know what you are doing. When you come in contact with men who think sacrifice is overrated, do not argue with them; my reward is with me, says the Lord!
