The truth be told, the central theme of the Bible is LOVE. We are enjoined to love our God and people everywhere. But as much as the Bible encourages us to love, it also advises us to avoid people who cause trouble among us. Yes, the Bible says to love all, but it also gives us a category of people to avoid.
You see, there are some people for whom, no matter how much love and care you show them, it will never be enough. They are bent on wrecking social havoc wherever they are. Such people will see something good going on in a setting, and they will willfully throw an apple of discord into it. When you encounter such people, avoid them.
Love is very important and unique, so it must be shown to all, but if there is a need for you to avoid some people that meet these criteria, then do not hesitate to do so. Not only are you to avoid them, but you must also never be like them. Foster unity and love wherever you find yourself, not dissension. Unity and love are foremost in the Kingdom's work; anything that will jeopardize these bonds must be done away with.
