THE ANCHOR OF THE SOUL

The Holy Word considers HOPE as the anchor of the soul. Hope is the last thing that remains when everything is gone. It is the last thing before the end. If hope is gone then there is nothing left. It is an important aspect of man's expectation that the Bible warns that its absence makes the heart weary.

Hope is the anchor of the soul according to the Scriptures because it is the tether. Without Hope, the mind will wander away into abjectness. Without Hope, we give up. And to be honest, many are giving up on a daily basis. Because they are not getting what they want after having believed for it for so long.

You are being charged today never to lose Hope. Life is hard we can all confirm but what separates the men from the boys is their ability to keep staring problems in the face and never back down. No matter the situation of your circumstances, I beseech you, do not lose hope. If you lose hope, you lose life! Keep reaching, its closer than you think.
