Everyone of us is guilty of this offense: the need to know. We are curious about lots of things about our existence. We want to know what will happen in the next hour, day, week, month, and year. We try to plan our lives around what we know about our future, but most times we get it wrong.
Why is that? We did not get the right angle on our perception. The good news is that it is good for us not to know everything all the time. When we live a life of total surrender to God, trusting Him, everything will turn out well for us. It is not even your responsibility to know. That is God's part.
The Word says He knows the end even from the beginning. The onus is thus on Him to help you figure everything out. We may not know how to pray, but all things will eventually work out for our good as long as we hand everything over to the Most High. I don't have to know because I know the one who knows.
Read Psalm 37 for more on trust.
