Happy New Year, beloved! We thank God for the opportunity to go again this year. As this year dawns, it is important that we prioritise what is important and do away with less important things. One of the most important things to prioritise this year is your relationship with Christ. There is no midway to that.
If you pressed into Him last year, endeavour to press harder. If you did not, no worries; this is an opportunity to do so. God cares about every one of us more than we can ever imagine, but unless we dig into Him, we will miss out. Please note my choice of word, 'dig.' Digging connotes labour, which means you have a role to play.
All that God has for you is within reach, but you need to 'reach out' to get them. This year, make sure you don't waste time pursuing irrelevant things. Don't be like the rich fool who never considered God, nor be that king that paid lip service to the worship of God. Be like David, be like Paul, be like Moses, be like Mary. Be committed to your walk with Him. By doing so, the year will be crowned with goodness for you.
