A very wise man in the Bible advises us that there is a time for everything. The implication of this is that for everything under the sun (including men), there is a season. It is a law that must be respected. Anyone that tries to break that law will only end up opening a can of worms—you don't want that, trust me.
God created us for a purpose, and that purpose is season-dependent. If it is not your season, do not bother yourself. Prior to starting His ministry, our dear Jesus did not bother Himself with ministerial responsibilities. He focused solely on His carpentry job. Knowing God's expectations of us is one thing; knowing their timing is another.
If you do not take the time to know and work with your season, you will be burdened with unnecessary pressure. If care is not taken, you may eventually crash. Jesus knew He was a king, when the people wanted to go crown Him, he excused Himself. Reason being the season was off. Are you putting yourself under unnecessary pressure becasue of your life assignment? You need to take it up with your Maker and rest easy if it is not your time.
