Hillsong Worship released a powerful song in 2017 titled SEASONS. It is a song of hope during the waiting period. The theme of the song is focused on why we must be patient with God during trying times. Such times are truly difficult, yes, but you must find strength to hold on because, no matter how dark the season may be, God is not done with you.
Our Father is a Master Designer; everything He does is perfect. Allow Him to melt your icy, wild soul and make your barren life beautiful in His time. One thing about seasons is that they eventually change. No matter how long, dark, and difficult, no season is permanent. Learn to see what God is seeing; it will definitely be worth the wait. Lean heavily on Him in prayer, Word study, and worship.
God Himself, led by example, according to this song, while He could save the world in a second, He chose to send a Child and that Child grew as a seed in the soil of Bethlehem to Calvary's sequoia (the tallest trees in the world). From a tiny, helpless baby, Jesus became the Saviour of the world through patience. As the period seems prolonged, like Job, wait for the appointed time. It will work out in your favour.
