There is a poignant verse in the book of Psalms that speak about doing what we ought to, when we ought to, and how we ought to. In Ps. 104:19, it clearly states that the sun knows when it ought to set just as it knows when it ought to rise. What will happen if the sun refuses to perform its duty? Pause and reflect on that...
Of all of God's creatures, the one that shirks his responsibilities the most is man. When you evaluate the lives of animals, plants, and even the cosmos, you will notice a pattern: everything is doing what it ought to, even if it is repetitive. But man, we leave what we ought to do to poke noses into other affairs. When we do this, it upsets the balance, and things start malfunctioning.
Doing what God wants you to do is called VALUE. Anything apart from that is a waste. The real evidence of living is you doing what God has called you to do, where He plants you, and maintaining the formula. We have been duped into venturing to places where we have no business and wonder why our lives seem meaningless. You must be in sync with God's plan for your life.
